Your information is never sold or rented. It's shared only with the service providers who run our training platform.

What we collect, and why
When you contact us (email, LinkedIn, Instagram): your name, contact details and message — used only to reply and follow up.
When you apply or enrol (via learn.netonelabs.com): account details, application information and course progress — used to run your training, issue your credentials, and meet our legal record-keeping duties. Scholarship applications additionally include the financial-need documents you choose to submit, reviewed confidentially by the selection panel only.
When you browse this site: essential cookies and local storage only — sound and cookie-notice preferences. No advertising trackers, no profiling. We also count page views with our own first-party, cookieless analytics: one anonymous ping per page recording only the page path, the referring site's domain, your language choice and screen-size class — never your IP address, never an identifier, and never shared with any third party. Browsers signalling "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control are not counted at all.
Where your data lives
Netonelabs operates from Canada and India, with students across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Your information may be processed in those operating locations, always under this notice and appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA, India's DPDP Act and similar laws — you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. We honour these requests for everyone, wherever you are. If you're unsatisfied, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires, then delete it. It's protected with the controls you'd expect from a cybersecurity company — encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and monitored infrastructure.
