Cybersecurity is short millions of defenders — and it draws from barely half the population. For most women who are kept out, the barrier isn't ability. It's access. This scholarship exists to remove one very real part of that barrier: the cost.

Two teams, one commitment.
This scholarship is funded and mentored jointly by Netonelabs and CETARK — the training unit and the working cybersecurity practice behind it. Together they cover the cost, open the door, and stand beside every woman who walks through it.
The training and the range
Netonelabs — CETARK's Cyber Training Unit — brings the hands-on programs, its own cyber range, and a verifiable credential at the end. Recipients train exactly like every other student: no watered-down track, same standard.
The practitioners and the mentorship
CETARK, the parent cybersecurity practice, brings working professionals who defend real systems — and who mentor scholarship recipients through the climb, so no one does it alone in a field where too few look like them.

The scholarship is open worldwide — every region Netonelabs serves. The free Cyber Foundations course stays free for everyone.
Who it's for
- A woman, 18 or over — open to all women, including anyone who identifies as a woman, anywhere in the world where Netonelabs programs are lawfully available. This scholarship is an international special program created to help close the well-documented gender gap in the global cybersecurity workforce.
- Demonstrated financial need — a short financial-need declaration with supporting documents (such as household-income proof or a first-generation-student attestation). Cost must be a real barrier. Your documents are reviewed confidentially by the selection panel only, used solely to assess your application, and handled under our Privacy Notice.
- Aptitude — a computers-related degree or diploma, equivalent hands-on IT experience, or a strong result in our free Cyber Foundations course.
- Commitment — a short statement of purpose on why cybersecurity and what you'll do with it, and a panel interview.
- Standing — recipients keep the scholarship by meeting the same attendance (minimum 90%) and module-completion requirements as every other student.
The fine print, plainly. A limited number of scholarships is awarded per cohort — meeting the criteria makes you eligible but does not guarantee an award; selection is at the discretion of the joint Netonelabs × CETARK panel and decisions are final. The scholarship covers 50% of tuition for one Netonelabs program, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers. False or misleading information in an application is grounds for refusal or revocation. Netonelabs may update or close the program for future applicants; changes never affect awards already made. Offered only where permitted by applicable law. And as with everything we do: skills guaranteed, never a job.

Who is eligible for the Women in Cyber Scholarship?

How much does the scholarship cover?

Do I have to prove financial need?
Yes. Applicants show they need financial support through a short financial-need declaration and supporting documents. The scholarship is intended for women for whom cost is a real barrier — not a general discount.
How are recipients selected?
By application and interview. A joint Netonelabs and CETARK panel reviews each application and interviews candidates to weigh financial need, aptitude and motivation together. A limited number of scholarships is awarded per cohort — meeting the criteria does not guarantee an award, and the panel's decisions are final.
Is it really a joint Netonelabs and CETARK programme?
Yes. Netonelabs delivers the training and the range; CETARK, its parent cybersecurity practice, contributes funding and working-professional mentors. The two carry it together.
Does the scholarship guarantee a job?
No. Netonelabs guarantees skills, never jobs. The scholarship removes a financial barrier to genuinely capable training; it makes no promise of employment, placement or stipend.
